As a General Contractor we often participate in our projects far more than most. When feasible we do our own excavations and demolitions, yes to cut costs but also because we truly love the work!
Our number one goal in any project we contract is management.
We manage the project as well as expectations. I can't count how many times we'll lose out on a bid because our competitor promised things we couldn't. Then when the project finishes, 9 times out of 10 we hear that contractor didn't deliver on those promises. It is our #1 job to develop and maintain trust between the client and the project. So from day one we are up front and honest about our process, deadlines and goals. Weather happens, subs fall behind and material gets back ordered. We won't lie to you and say that it's all going to be perfect, this isn't as seen on TV.
Our clients are our number one priority and with that we will take every project on as if it were our own home. We will not take on a project that we don't believe in, client included. We hope to keep the relationship for years to come.
