Bad Reviews……

During the 15 years I’ve been self employed I have had to deal with 4 upset customers. All 4 of those people have voiced their displeasure online with a review or complaint. I don’t hide these remarks or buy fake reviews to cover them up.

I can only promise you this. I am everything you see when we meet. It’s your decision to read about me online, meet me in person or ask for a referral. Its your decision to agree to the terms that are outlined in my estimate. It’s your decision to have me back. It’s your decision to write about your experience. How you choose to work out something that didn’t meet your expectations is your decision.

I changed the name of my company to Golden Rule after being fired from the last job I would allow someone to treat me in a lesser way than I would treat anyone else. Like myself, my good customers are silent, private people that understand the golden rule and choose to stay out of the fray.

Good Reviews

I don’t ask for good reviews. I’ve been booked out more than 6 months for 2 years now. I would prefer not to have an internet presence as I believe a person’s home construction or remodeling effort is their own business to share. This goes double for a man’s effort to feed his family. I appreciate the professional and personal relationships I have made and keep through these years as a self employed tradesman.
